UniCredit aims to increase its profit to €11 billion this year and plans to distribute €50 billion to shareholders over the next five years, driven by its expansion strategy under CEO Andrea Orcel.
The company said net profit rose to €9.47 billion in 2025, up from €5.7 billion the year prior, as it continues to reshape the business.
The lender issued more ambitious targets for the period through 2028 and expects revenue to grow more than 5% a year.
The bottler said it booked €1.31 billion in pretax profit for 2025, ahead of the €1.13 billion from a year earlier.
The bank is projecting higher revenue and lower costs, after reporting a stronger net profit for the fourth quarter.
